Looking forward to the next instalment, just wondering if the same information can be pulled from the gg data query tool ?
Being able to see next runs for winners from certain races is invaluable…
I wonder if that information is something that could be incorporated into the Gold cards ?
Or perhaps 10 yr race trends can be linked to a race card, especially for the major meetings…I do know RI incorporate trends into their cards….
Any thoughts Matt ?
]]>1. The Classic nh at Cheltenham of 2015 has long been on my radar, particularly in relation to Robinsfirth. I live in hope that he’s potentially a real deal. It is a great example of tracking novice races.
2. Your articles are legend. After a recent, indifferent spell of returns, I randomly revisited two of your previous datasets/ recommendations on Geegeez which I’d not been referencing for a while. On the day they identified (prices taken), Alminar (9/2); Highway Companion (7/1); Runasami River (13/2). My only bets that day and, unusually for me, rolled up. It was a serious clean-up. Thanks, John. As I say, your spadework is legend so I’ll be keeping this one on file for reference.
The way you present the data is what Geegeez is all about for me.
